WHAT TO DO WHEN YOUR SHIPMENT ARRIVES
Please proceed as follows - this helps us to get our money back from Swiss Post in case of items damaged or stolen in transit:
1. Do not hesitate to check the shipment in front of the delivery person.
2. If the parcel/content is obviously damaged, refuse to accept the shipment. Make sure the reason for your refusal is recorded by the delivery person.
3. If the parcel seems to have been opened already, check the content. Is anything missing? If yes, accept the parcel with reservation. Make sure the reason for your reservation is recorded by the delivery person.
4.If you cannot do anything described in step 1 to 3 (e.g. because the parcel was left on your doorstep / the person who delivers the parcel refuses to cooperate) please take the parcel to your local deliverer immediately. File a complaint, and get a signed report.
5. In any case contact us no later than 3 days after delivery and provide all available proofs (fotos, damage records etc.).

WHAT TO DO IF YOUR ORDER DOES NOT ARRIVE IN TIME
- If available check tracking data for further information. If your shipment seems stuck somewhere please let us know.
- In any case, if your order doesn't arrive, please inform us no later than 30 days after the estimated date of delivery.

RIGHTFUL WITHDRAWAL FROM PURCHASE WITHIN 14 DAYS
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within a 14-days period after delivery without further justification. Please note that you will have to ship the item back to us and to pay for return shipping. It is your responsibility to make sure all items in question arrive us in a fit-for-resale state. For your own protection we recommend to use a tracked and insured service. We will refund you no later than 7 days after the items have arrived us unharmed.

WRONG ITEM / INCOMPLETE SHIPMENT
If this happes due to our failure, we will forward the right or missing item to you or alternatively issue a refund. In case of a return we will pay the shipping cost.
Please note that missing items must be reported to us no later than 3 days after delivery.

ITEMS DAMAGED, LOST, OR STOLEN IN TRANSIT / DEFECTIVE ITEMS
We will offer you a replacement or a refund. Please note that in case of minor damages/defects you may only be eligible for a partial refund. Damaged or incomplete shipments have to be reported to us within 3 days after delivery. If possible provide solid proof of evidence with your request (e.g. photos of the parcel/content / report signed by local deliverer). Please note that if you want to return a damaged/defective item, you will have to pay for return shipping.

NO / ONLY A PARTIAL REFUND WILL BE ISSUED IN THE FOLLOWING CASES
- Minor damages or manufacturing defects may be eligible only for a partial refund.
- We will not refund any shipping cost for unsolicited returns.
- Refusal to pay for customs clearance (the shipment is sent back to us): We will use your payment to cover the cost caused by your refusal. We will refund you anything that is left.
- Failure to pick up parcel at local deliverer (the shipment is sent back to us): We will use your payment to cover the cost caused by your failure. We will refund you anything that is left.
